granny smith & honey crisp apples, jerusalem artichoke, baby greens
dressed with apple cider-dill-shallot-basil-vinaigrette

tossed in olive oil, dijon mustard, egg yolk, lemon and red wine vinegar

pounded & grilled, topped with baby arugula, wild mushrooms, shaved parmesan, white truffle oil
